About LushTums Teacher Training
Since 2013, the LushTums Pregnancy and Postnatal Teacher Training Course has grown to be one of best in the UK.
Our team of experienced tutors, including inspirational LushTums founder Clare Maddalena, have worked closely with over 150+ training students, helping them to develop their understanding of how to teach yoga in a down to earth and inclusive way.
On our specialist yoga teacher trainings you will gain the necessary skills to teach Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation Classes, Antenatal Education Courses, Yoga For Birth Workshops, Postnatal Yoga for Mums & Babies and Beyond Postnatal.
On completion of each 100 hour yoga teacher training course you will be able to add more classes to your offering, as an expert in your own right.

We come together in circle to share, ask, listen and discuss. Together we go deep into this specialism. I often say teaching the classes is just the tip of the ice-burg; in our courses we show you the whole ice-burg; enabling you to teach from the heart with wisdom, expertise and care.
