Hi & welcome, I am Amy and I am Cub And Tribe : )
Well…. I’m Cub And Tribe, but so are you more importantly - a fantastic gathering of parents and parents to be. I have two cubs of my own and a very large rescue dog who thinks he’s a third one. I am really passionate about making being pregnant and postnatal in Eastbourne, empowering and restful. So let’s head through this crazy and wonderful journey together, having each other's backs and getting ourselves balanced and confident in our bodies - come and find your tribe!
I specialise in Pregnancy, postnatal and kids yoga - trained by LushTums and WiggleBums.
