Hi everyone!
I am Emily and I live and work in the beautiful Wye Valley and South Herefordshire area.
I have been a physio for over 25 years and a yoga fan for at least 15!
I have a passion for looking after our bodies; the journey through pregnancy to motherhood really brings this into focus.
I teach pregnancy yoga, love spending time with my two girls and family, walking dogs and travelling.
My classes help you learn about and stay in tune with your body enabling you to use the powerful tools of the LushTums yoga method to strengthen the body and mind, preparing you for birth.
