Women’s Yoga - Fertility & Beyond Postnatal - All Welcome

Classical yoga blended with somatic movements and mobility practices to increase fitness, strength and agility. Birth Awareness - Trauma and Fear Release 121s

Many of our teachers have trained in the Birth Awareness method, developed originally by Mark Harris and now delivered by LushTums founder, Clare Maddalena. These sessions help you release any fears around giving birth that could get in the way and/or help post-brth to release any post traumatic stress. A must for anyone not feeling themselves.
