Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Classes

Enjoy active and nourishing pregnancy yoga to feel more comfortable as pregnancy progresses and help you prepare for birth. Learn information and practice key tools to help you cope better in labour; including our unique approach on how to breathe, move and relax. Suitable from 15 weeks if new to yoga right up to when your baby comes. If you already practice you can start earlier, just let your teacher know.

  • Thursdays 6.30pm - 7.45pm at The Priory, Monmouth

Postnatal Yoga Classes For Mum & Baby

Essential for all new mums to help recovery post pregnancy and post birth. Strengthen your body, deep core and pelvic floor with your baby by side! Meet other lovely mums and create a community together. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 8 weeks post caesarean. 

  • Tuesdays 1.30pm- 2.45pm at Ross on Wye Children’s Centre

  • Thursdays 1.15pm-2.30pm at The Priory Monmouth

Women’s Yoga - Beyond Postnatal

Come along for some time out for you, to fill up and recharge. Classes are always tailored to the individual needs of the women attending. Always active and nourishing - the perfect combination to help you through a busy week!

Meet Your Teacher

Tracy Pink

Tracy is firstly a mum of two amazing daughters. She has a passion for parenting and supporting those who are on that journey. She started working with Lushtums and Wigglebums five years ago in an effort to support children and parents in coming to a place of calm within their bodies. This journey has led her to become a parenting coach where she now not only offers yoga classes but also parenting courses to those who want to come from a place of responsiveness rather than reactivity.

Classes missed or cancelled late (within 12hrs of the class start time) will be charged as if attended. If you need to cancel your space, please do so in the above timetable within your account; cancellations can not be via email or text.
